Shipping
Orders are typically shipped within 1 business day. Free shipping is offered for domestic orders delivered via USPS Ground Advantage. Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. All shipments are fully insured.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days for items damaged during shipping or for items that do not match the original item description. If you would like a return, please contact esp.watches@pm.me within 30 days of delivery. In some cases, an extended warranty is detailed in the original item posting. Returns are typically not accepted for other reasons.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 15 minutes of placing the order. If you miss this window, please email esp.watches@pm.me, and I may be able to cancel the order if it has not been fulfilled yet.
